Step 1: Choosing your team

Step 2: Conceptual Estimating, Budgeting, and Design
We'll talk about your ideas and plans, and start putting together a conceptual estimate & design.
Step 3: Revision and Finalization
We will review the budget and design with you, and make necessary changes in order to meet your overall project financing and functional needs. A lot of times, this means value engineering - and we are good at that!
Step 4: Financing and Permitting
There are different avenues of financing and obtaining drawings for permits. We will help you procure the best methods for your needs.
Step 5: Scheduling
To make sure everything stays on track, and on time, we will set a schedule for the project.
Step 6: Build
Breaking Ground is the fun part in our opinion! We will work diligently to bring your project in on time and on budget.
